If you find a problem with your flute, contact us to make us aware of the issue. Gray Fox Flutes will repair workmanship issues, or exchange the flute with one that is problem free. Your satisfaction is most important. For that reason, our flutes have a lifetime guarantee. Our goal is to provide a flute that is free of any workmanship issues, and that you enjoy playing. Customers pay return shipping cost, we cover the replacement flute's shipping. If your flute accidentally gets broken, even if you are at fault, you can return it or send photos showing the broken flute. and we may offer you a replacement flute at a discounted price.

Damages and quality issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any problem.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not sell a flute that has been received and played. For this reason we prefer to make an exchange. However, let us know within 7 days of receiving your flute if you are in need of a refund rather than exchange. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
